To keep things clear and avoid surprises at checkout, here’s exactly how our Korean warehouse and U.S. warehouse work – and how to choose the right one for your order.

🇺🇸 Option 1: “To the beauty” U.S. Warehouse – Predictable Domestic Shipping
The key advantages of our new U.S. warehouse are stability and predictability.
All products stocked in the U.S. are already imported and customs-cleared, allowing orders to ship domestically via UPS without delays related to customs processing.
You can choose between $20 shipping with delivery in about 5 business days, $35 shipping with delivery in about 3 business days, or free 3-business-day shipping on orders over $700, depending on what best fits your needs.
At launch, these UPS domestic options are available for all U.S. warehouse orders. As we continue to scale and optimize shipping volumes, additional delivery options may be introduced in the future.

- Limited selection (~30% of products)
- Available only for U.S. shipping addresses
- $20 shipping (5 business days) · $35 shipping (3 business days) · Free 3-day shipping on orders over $700
- 10% U.S. warehouse fee
The 10% U.S. warehouse fee covers:
- Local U.S. fulfillment
- Products that are already imported and cleared through U.S. customs (no import paperwork, no customs delays)
This option is best if you want predictable domestic delivery and the products you need are in U.S. stock.
🇰🇷 Option 2: “To the beauty” Korean Warehouse – Full Catalog, International Shipping
Our Korean warehouse is where everything lives.
If it’s listed on our website, it’s available from Korea.
Orders ship internationally via FedEx, with delivery to the U.S. typically taking 2–7 business days, depending on customs clearance.
What to expect:
- 100% of products available
- $29 shipping · Free over $700
- 10% U.S. import duty applied to orders over $100
- Free goodies included with every order
This option is ideal if you want access to the full catalog or if a product isn’t stocked in the U.S. warehouse.
One Important Rule (Please Read)
One order = one warehouse.
You can’t mix U.S. warehouse and Korean warehouse products in the same order.
If you’d like items from both, simply place two separate orders.
This helps us avoid delays, split shipments, and fulfillment errors.
