Paying is as easy as any online shop – simply use your credit or debit card at checkout, and you’re done. No hassle, no waiting, no extra steps – just a smooth, secure transaction!

All packages shipped from South Korea to the United States are now subject to customs clearance fees:
15% for orders valued over $100
25% for orders valued over $800
At To The Beauty, these fees are already included in your checkout total. This means you won’t need to pay any additional taxes or customs charges when your package arrives – we take care of it on your behalf.
If you have your own FedEx account, you can contact us before placing your order. In that case, we will not charge the customs fee, and you’ll be able to handle the payment directly through your FedEx account.
To make shopping easier, we cover part of the customs fee for you – you’ll only be charged 10% of your order value, and we pay the remaining amount ourselves.
Based on our extensive experience, packages typically reach the United States within 2-7 business days. While occasional instances of faster delivery are possible, the same can be said for occasional delays.
Sometimes packages can be held by customs. If this happens, don’t worry—it usually takes up to 10 business days for the carrier to provide updates. During that time, the best step is to reach out to the logistics company directly for assistance.
If customs requires a tax payment, the recipient will need to cover this fee in order for the parcel to be released. Once it’s paid, the package continues on its way.
On rare occasions, customs may decide not to release the shipment at all. In that case, we’ll take care of you. You can either:
receive a refund (with the shipping fee deducted), or
choose a free reshipment at no extra cost with a brand-new tracking number.
If the replacement shipment also faces customs issues, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Please note that if a parcel is not released simply because the recipient declined to pay the required tax, we won’t be able to offer compensation.

For these countries, the shipping rate is flat – 29$.
If you are not from these counties, please, you are strongly advised to contact us individually, we will discuss your options, however by default for countries not in the list the shipping fee is 42$.

This happens! If you ordered anything, and we still did not ship it, you just need to contact us as soon as possible to make changes or cancel it. As soon as we ship it (notification comes to your email), any changed are difficult to do. But even in this case, contact us to discuss your options.

If you cannot find a Korean product you are looking for, please contact us and we will check individually if we can source this product for you.
Korean dermal fillers in our shop are original products made in Korea and approved by the Korean MFDS (formerly KFDA – Korea Food and Drug Administration) or other local regulators. Most Korean dermal fillers are not FDA-approved for use in the USA, so if FDA approval is important for you, please check your local regulations and the product description or contact us before ordering. Any dermal filler injection should be performed by a licensed medical professional to ensure safe treatment and predictable results.
Popular Korean fillers for lips are soft and medium hyaluronic acid dermal fillers such as Revolax Deep, Neuramis Deep, and Elasty G Plus. After delivery, dermal fillers should be stored in a dry place at a temperature between +2°C and +25°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Many botulinum toxin products need refrigeration (usually +2°C to +8°C) before reconstitution, so please place them in the fridge as indicated on the box. Do not freeze dermal fillers or botox products, do not overheat them, and always follow the storage instructions on the packaging or leaflet. If you are unsure how to store a specific filler or toxin, please check the manufacturer’s instructions or contact us for clarification.
The shelf life of most Korean dermal fillers is usually 24~36 months from the manufacturing date if the syringe is unopened and stored at +2°C to +25°C. Korean botulinum toxins typically have a shelf life of about 24~36 months when stored refrigerated before reconstitution, as indicated on the box. The exact expiry date for each dermal filler or botulinum toxin is always printed on the packaging, and we ship only products within their valid shelf life, aiming for the longest possible remaining time.
We do not provide separate certificates of authenticity for our products. All dermal fillers and botulinum toxins are shipped in original Korean factory packaging with batch numbers, manufacturer details, and security elements on the box. If you need to verify a specific product, you can check the batch number and packaging details with the manufacturer or contact us for basic order information.
Yes, you can get wholesale prices for large orders and clinic purchases. Our wholesale orders start from $1,500 (shipping fees and taxes are not included in this amount). Wholesale prices for dermal fillers, botulinum toxins, and skin boosters depend on the quantity of each specific product in your order. Our dermal fillers are shipped from South Korea, Seoul warehouse by FedEx. We do not offer other shipping carriers or methods. At checkout you will see an estimated delivery time, but this FedEx delivery time is approximate and can change due to customs, local processing, and other transit conditions.

European brands typically have a longer market history in the EU and USA, with wider published clinical data and different regulatory pathways. Then go to Checkout, fill in your shipping details, and confirm your FedEx delivery address. After that, pay for your order by bank card on the payment page, what takes 30 sec. When the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email and we will process your shipment.
Delivery to addresses within the USA usually takes about 2–7 business days from the shipment date. Transit from South Korea to US customs and the FedEx hub typically takes 2–7 business days, and final delivery within the USA usually takes 1–2 business days. These delivery times are approximate and can change due to customs clearance or FedEx processing. You will receive a FedEx tracking number after shipment so you can follow your delivery online.
