How long does delivery to the USA take?

Based on our extensive experience, packages typically reach the United States within 3-7 business days. While occasional instances of faster delivery are possible, the same can be said for occasional delays.

How much is shipping fee?

We ship MAINLY to:

  • United States of America
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • United Kingdom

For these countries, the shipping rate is flat – 29$.
If you are not from these counties, please, you are strongly advised to contact us individually, we will discuss your options, however by default for countries not in the list the shipping fee is 42$

How can I be sure that you sell original product and not a fake?

The most effective method is to make a small purchase and personally evaluate the product. Once you’ve had the opportunity to try and use it, physically inspect the item with your hands to discern its authenticity. After this hands-on examination, you can make an informed decision.

I placed a wrong order, can I cancel or change it?

This happens! If you ordered anything, and we still did not ship it, you just need to contact us as soon as possible to make changes or cancel it. As soon as we ship it (notification comes to your email), any changed are difficult to do. But even in this case, contact us to discuss your options.

Recommendations or advisory about products

We strongly recommend that our products be used exclusively by licensed professionals with the requisite training and expertise in handling these items. Due to the absence of access to our customers’ medical histories or health conditions, we regretfully cannot offer any guidance regarding the management or usage of our products, medical aesthetics, and devices.

Moreover, we advise consulting a medical professional for any uncertainties or concerns regarding the usage of these products. It’s important to note that “To the beauty” cannot accept responsibility for any damages or adverse reactions arising from the improper usage of these products.

How can I track my order?

Following the processing and preparation of your order for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the tracking number. We recommend checking both your inbox and spam folders for this email containing essential tracking information.

Additionally, the tracking number will be accessible in your account. Simply log in, navigate to “My account,” click on “Orders,” locate your order, and press the “View” button. Scroll down to find comprehensive tracking information, including the tracking number, logistics carrier, date of shipping, and a “Track” button for your convenience.

What happens if my order is stuck at the custom clearance?

Should there be an anticipation of your package being held in customs, we kindly suggest reaching out to the logistics carrier for further assistance. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days from the date of the claim for us to receive an update, during which time immediate action is not feasible.

If your package encounters delays in local customs and is not released, two possibilities should be considered. Firstly, the recipient may be required to settle a tax fee for the package’s release, and we kindly request compliance with this requirement.

Alternatively, in the event of customs refusal, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. In such cases, you have two options: a refund with only the shipping fee deducted or a reshipment of the order at our expense. We will facilitate the reshipment at no additional cost, providing a new tracking number if preferred. If the new shipment faces customs issues again, resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis through negotiation.

It’s important to note that if the logistics carrier does not release the parcel due to the receiver’s failure to pay the tax fee, no compensation will be applicable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
